REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on accessories where the original packaging has been opened. 

Please contact us at [email protected] quoting your order number for instruction on how to return your item.

The item you wish to return must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original pouch or card provided. Items that appear worn or used cannot be refunded unless broken. 

Our policy lasts 10 days. The purchased item you wish to return must be received by us within 10 days of receiving your order.

If you are ordering an item that is on a promotional code, the promotional code will no longer be valid. For example, if you use a buy one get one half price code, if you return the full price item, but not the half price item, the discount will no longer apply and you will be charged full price for the half price item. 

Additionally, if you benefit from free shipping, and return items that make the total price go below the free shipping value, you will be charged for the shipping, but will be refunded the price of the item.

We can only refund you if the item you receive breaks/is damaged within the first 10 days of having the item. If you want a refund you must send us a photo/video of the item so we can inspect it. If you are valid for a refund, we will ask you to send us the item to our store address. We will offer you store credit or a new item. We will not refund you if you simply do not like the product.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A full refund of the item or store credit will be processed, within 10 days.

We will not pay for the cost of you shipping it back to us.

If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our usual returns policy.  

FREE GIFT POLICY

If you receive a free pair of earrings or necklace or bracelet etc, we will not accept any refunds, returns or exchanges as you did not purchase it.
